WORLD MARTIAL ARTS GAMES MOVE TO LAS VEGAS

LAS VEGAS, USA WILL BE THE LOCATION FOR THE 5TH WORLD MARTIAL ARTS GAMES

January 25, 2010 Geneva, Switzerland - The World Martial Arts Games Committee (WMAGC) is pleased to announce that Las Vegas, USA will be the host city for the 2010 World Martial Arts Games. This year's Games mark the 5th anniversary of the World Martial Arts Games Movement and will take place at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, in Las Vegas, September 17, 18 & 19, 2010. The 2010 WMAG hosting committee will be headed up by Alberto Friedmann, National WMAG Director for the USA. Mr. Friedmann will report to the WMAGC Executive Committee.

We are proud to showcase our country to our fellow Sport Ambassadors and International Representatives!”

The World Martial Arts Games Committee (WMAGC) is a non-profit society formed in August 2005. It is the supreme authority of the World Martial Arts Games Movement. Its role is to promote top-level sport as well as sport for all in accordance with the World Martial Arts Games Charter. It ensures the regular celebration of the World Martial Arts Games and strongly encourages appropriate sports ethics and the protection of athletes.
